US forces convoy attacked with RPG near Baghdad (Friday)

BAGHDAD: A US forces convoy was Friday attacked with rocket propelled grenades near Hebat town in west of Baghdad. An army vehicle caught fire while some US soldiers were also injured, a press report said.

Meanwhile, mortar shells were fired at a US forces base at Faras Airport in Baquba town.

I can't find anything on this either. It's like all the stories just blend together into one, I think it might not be an accident.

In this case, it's Hebat, which I haven't heard as the location of the latest attacks.

It's definitely possible that the reporting is deliberately obfuscating.

this is from Hebat, not Khalidiyah or Tikrit as yesterday; don't see another report about this yet, tho'.
