Outlet required to stop processing prescription orders (from CAN)
MASON CITY — A Cerro Gordo County District Judge on Monday ruled that a Mason City business must stop ordering prescription drugs from Canada for North Iowa customers.

Judge James Drew agreed with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy Examiners, concluding that Scot and Cheryl Huff and the Canadian Outlet are in violation of state law.

Drew issued a permanent injunction prohibiting the Huffs from selling, receiving and processing prescription drug orders which are placed with and filled by a Canadian pharmacy.

Scot Huff shook his head Monday as he read the judge's ruling.

this is just plain sad. and sadder yet that nobody wants to believe it's political.

4. my Canadian pharmacy
can no longer fill certain scripts -- just can't access the drugs for Americans, I guess. They sent back my script and I had it filled locally at twice the cost -- I am thinking of just not taking that medication any more. The heck with them.
