Fired lawmen expected to plead guilty to suspect's torture (TN)
JACKSBORO, Tenn. Five former Campbell County deputies are expected to plead guilty to charges connected with torturing a suspect last year.

That's according to court documents in the case.

The documents filed in federal court show that Lester Eugene Siler was handcuffed, beaten, pushed into an overflowing toilet, hooked up to a battery charger and hit with a gun.

They state that at one point, the 42-year-old Siler was told -- quote -- "he might not make it to jail." <snip>
