...Speaking at a joint press conference with Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, Khatami said: "If any country tries to invade us, we are strong enough to defend ourselves."

He said: "No one will benefit from an attack on our country, including the US or others."

Khatami, currently on a seven-nation African tour, said Iran was not looking for any conflict with any country and reminded Washington that it already had its hands full in neighbouring Iraq.

He said "the US was arrogant enough to think that they could do everything by occupying countries" and that "the US has shown many times that they are not wise enough to think about the future or the implications of their actions".

have to get the freeper types all hysterical about Iran's nuclear weapons programs, wmd's of other types, drones, mushroom clouds, etc. and that we could be attacked within 45 minutes. Then the freeper types will absolutely fall for a draft to send our kids to die so we and the rest of the free world can liberate the dark corners of the world and save ourselves.
