Why do I have a feeling that fuel efficient cars will become like "healthy food". They'll be so cool and popular but there will be that "extra" price for them because they're not profitable. I keep thinking of the old government handouts - processed cheese and white bread. Next they'll be giving them the old Excursions nobody can afford the gas on.

1. we made the leap last summer and bought a small car, got rid of our
smaller SUV type vehicle. The cost of hybrids is probably going up ....
