Over the weekend Canadian Deputy Prime Minister John Manley made comments that some interpreted as a threat to ban imports of U.S. beef and cattle unless Washington relaxed its measures. A Manley spokesman said Ottawa had such plans.

The beef ban was hurting Ralph Klein, the (alcoholic, brainless) Conservative premier of Alberta. He's a big pal of the WH, needless to say--the only premier to object to the gay marriage decision.

He's totally incompetent--I mean, the dumb bastard can't even control mad cow disease in his own province--and a vile little shit, but he's sitting on top of a big load of oil. BTW, a whole group of Canadian premiers visited Washington a while ago? Guess who got to sit down with Cheney in the bunker and... well, whatever the hell scum like this do when they meet? Ralphie boy.

He's nothing but a fat bloated ignorant whiskey-soaked Texan wannabe. Um, I'm not fond of him, BTW.
