35. Any contract lawyers out there who want to comment.
It seems to me that once the contract is signed it will be binding UNLESS the signing authority doesn't actually have the authority at the time of signing, in which case whomever signed the contract would be PERSONALLY responsible for the debt.

But I'm not a lawyer, I just hire them as needed (FYI - I LOVE LAWYERS - most of em stand up for the little guys - it is my contention that one of the reasons that the rich want to destroy the middle class is so that they also destroy the professional class except those that they keep as trained ponies).
