3. Better yet, they stay home
Think about what that means. Depressed turnout for the R's, NO bigot votes in those all very important but largely ignored local races. Imagine how many Dems would sneak onto school boards and city councils in nominally red areas. The surprise win Dem mayors, and sheriffs, and even State Reps and Senators. All just because the racist assholes were too busy fuming over the Presidential race and refused to show up.

It all sounds positively lovely to me.
