and there's nothing that would cause problems that people in the Gulf are having. If their symptoms are imaginary, BP still has responsibility to care for their mental issues as well with counseling and medication for as long as needed. Victims may have a hefty amount coming for just that reason and courts may weigh in with "pain and suffering" awards because of trauma.
