33. When Howard Dean was DNC Chair...I used to send contributions with a .01 cent added
so they'd have to read the check and I always put in.....for Howard Dean.

This was a big thing on DU when Dean managed to become DNC Chair. It was to show our support for Dean so they would know that we were Progressives.

Anyone here remember when we did that?

Since then I've not given a penny to the DCCC or the DSCC and tell them when they call that I support my local Candidates...which I have done and do give to. It's ALL LOCAL...believe me...it's our best chance..and even then the NEW DNC out gives to candidates who are not progressive.
