for example

"imminently dangerous and"

would sort of imply that the shot would need to be, say, within an hour of somebody seeing that map. So a map that was put up last March, does not really qualify, does it? http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/2011/1/8/934345/-Flashback:-Giffords-on-being-on-Palins-crosshairs-target-list

I might also note that the map says "let's take back the 20" and "join us today". The 20 are clearly "taken back" in an election, and the reader is urged to join a PAC, not to buy a high-powered rifle with a scope.

The idea that this language "presented a very high risk of death" seems very far-fetched to me. It seems like very few people "took arms against a sea of troubles".
