especially considering that some of the same ones who are defending him against "racism" by liberals deny that racism is ever a factor in the way some liberals treat President Obama.

Herman Cain has made race his stock in trade - he not only uses his race as a justification for attacking African Americans in ways that white Republicans benefit from but could never get away with doing themselves, no one could possibly argue with a straight face that he'd be the Republican frontrunner if he weren't black.
