He also neglects that Republicans are hell bent on interfering with and in some cases eliminating the specific inalienable rights mentioned, those being "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." I'd also go one step further and say that given the topics of some of the speakers and the explicit identification of liberals, progressives, and socialist democrats as 'enemies', quoting the Declaration of Independence in this case rather than the Constitution itself could be heard as a dog whistle for fomenting revolution. These groups are definitely reaching the level of being a physical threat to the well being of this nation and those of us on the 'enemies' list would do well to be prepared.
