keeps the embargo in force, anyway.

How the hell did Bill Clinton justify going along with this filthy scheme, anyway, something which supercedes his own powers as the President?

Surely wish President Obama would take the first step needed to begin the process of dismantling this embargo by not signing to continue it. If he doesn't get it done during his Presidency, there is absolutely NO chance it will be possible during any right-wing regime, regardless of the fact there are Republicans favoring retiring the embargo right now.
