22. A Zero-Sum Game...
Keeping the tax rates where they're at...which didn't "create jobs" in the past 7 years sure isn't going to start now.

So I assume he's refering to the payroll tax "holiday". It may but that does little to spur spending that is the only catalyst to jump starting this stagnant economy and creating jobs. All the tax cuts won't make someone hire if there isn't anyone buying their product. Pretty basic economics to me.

Just cause Geitner and Bernake say it doesn't make it true...
