8. That is a heartbreaking story...and sadly, one that not so uncommon nowadays.
There are so many of us who are out here wondering what will happen when that last check comes...
I am so sorry for your pain, and that of your dear friend.
I hope that she will finally be able to get the help and support she needs. It is horrific that she had to take such an extreme step in order to get help.
