Heard from a friend who watched some lcoal footage that his baton was NOT taken from him and he was not hit. The cop did pull his weapon but did not point it directly at protestors. Considering there is a very long history of "inaccrate" accounts of incidents by police officers, I will wait until I see further evidence.

And I do support 100% the protestors.
