Rummy was hauled out of Paris by the CIA a few years back before he could deliver a planned speech. The reason: the CIA feared he was to be served with a war crimes subpoena from the international criminal court.

Since then, I've noted a distinct lack of interest in foreign travel by most people associated with the criminal Bush administration.

Obama's refusal to investigate the Bushites under U.S war crimes law inadvertently makes their foreign travel situation more risky, since the international criminal court only has jurisdiction when the country of a person suspected of a war crime refuses to investigate and prosecute that person.

So if there is one thing about the Bushites you can feel good about, it is this: while most Americans are free to travel anywhere they like, Bush administration officials cannot travel outside the U.S.

I like that thought myself.
