a question about the map

I recall that someone or someones have taken the past few elections and created maps that showed not just who won, but shaded counties by the proportion of victory. I also recall some that stretched and skewed so that it showed the sizing proportional not to land mass but to the number of voters. Anyone know who it is that provided those, and if there is/will be similar products provided for this election? Granted, its probably harder without a presidential race to base it on, but I am curious.
