You could just turn him around. I'll bet he isn't signed up for Social Security and Medicare and doesn't even realize Medicare is a government program. I knew a right-wing basket case once, disabled but had no clue he would be eligible for SSI. After I helped him get signed up for SSI, he began to view the world differently. Pissants like him are so used to tearing down the gub'mint because some senile old fool told them that government IS the problem that they don't know how to be constructive and make it work.
