Specifically in the case of a girl scout camp.

Is it legal to require employees there to work 14 hour days, five or six days a week, with a two hour break?

Is it legal to do so for a single lump payment which breaks down to $200 a week, or about $2.50 per hour? Even when you consider that they're technically charging the employee for room and board whenever they're at the camp?
