I don't understand guys either, of course not all, there are men who are just wonderful and caring. I think that some are ignorant about what it takes to make a woman tick and some are just selfish and simply don't care.
More guys need to understand that the majority of women can only orgasm if there's direct contact with the clitoris. Some positions don't allow as much direct contact as some others. For example, there's less contact in the missionary position that when the woman is on top.
Now, to be fair to the guys, women need to be more open and communicate their needs to their partners. Many women are too shy or don't want to embarrass their man by telling them what feels good.
The path to good sex is not between the legs but between the head: communication is key to good sex and a good over all relationship.
