25. We need a petition and I was hoping there was one on the
site..to send to the White House with the concerns listed in this notice.

Not just complain about it on an internet board.

Dear President Obama, I am a strong supporter of your's and I'm begging you not to let Genetically modified seeds take over. Why do you have to appoint people like Roger Beachy to positions of power in the Ag Business? I know you know that pesticides are not the way to go.
