16. I too, am hard of hearing..need aids in both ears.

I have a set of ear phones plugged into the computer (I have a jack on the front of it) and I can hear the videos fine with them..sometimes I have to adjust the volume on the video. I can hear so much better with the ear phones than with my aids or the speakers on the computer.
