(American?) steel company. Arcelor Mittal is the largest steel producer in the USA and the world and it was formed from a Dutch company Arcelor and an Indian company Mittal, the definition of imported steel is blurred today the same as in the Auto industry. I work for Severstal a company owned by a Russian and we are either the 3rd or 4th largest producer in the US. We make pipe in Russia but not in the US. There are also a couple other Indian steel companies that I know of that have facilities in the USA.
