there was the "manufacturing" aspect... which led many of us (me included) to jump to meth. Given the stories about Wasilia being the meth capital of Alaska and all.
The the actual charge (now published) is "manufacture OR transport (delivery) of a controlled substance".
So I doubt she was making oxy in the basement. Probably caught with some on her while driving and they are piling on the charges so that she still serves time after cutting a deal.
