40. Well, that *was* what I was wondering when typing that post.
Given the Republicans' anemic fund-raising this cycle, there may not be much money to be had. Which gave rise to my other theory... that Bachmann intentionally manufactured this kerfuffle in order to draw-in money from out-of-state fundie and anti-Obama whack-jobs, because her local/statewide funding wasn't meeting expectations/needs.
