108. DemocracyNow today ...cops tazered another human to death...

they tazered him again after he was passed out and foaming at the mouth. The cops then lied about the man being under the influence of drugs. Even if he was under the influence of drugs, that is no reason to pass a death sentence on him by tazering him after he was already passed out from repeated tazer attacks by the cops. Police brutality ...the fun part of law enforcement ...for some cops. MURDERERS !!!
