the attorney and judge question you and if you peep up and offer some comment to the effect that you can't convict someone of this or that crime, the judge informs you of the penalties for contempt of court if you don't follow instructions (this assuming the atty doesn't have you removed from the jury altogether)

that's what happened to a friend of mine who tried it for marijuana laws anyway

most juries are rubber stamps, i'm not going to get fined or go to jail for contempt of court for some female pimp or some random pothead -- and, if you're honest with yourself, neither are you

nobody nullifies because nobody is going to put their own ass in jail and who can blame them?
