(in other words it's not just environmental).

So...How did the fires start? If CA is normally prone to fires this time of year with Santa Ana Winds where even dropping a cigarette out of a car could spark a huge fires (drought San Diego area has suffered under) and that's the cause...(innocent) ...OR...as Dobbs reporter is saying...some are malicious with showing evidence of some cans and bottles with an FBI Spokesperson saying "We will get to the bottom of this!"

which is the TRUTH...and what to Californian's think is the truth?

Is there suspicion that it's all or part arson...or is it totally or in part environmental?
