and my little rugrats have been attached to the boob on the other end (not at the same time, though; they're not twins). :)

edited to clarify: I'm not the "let it all hang out" type; I always attempted to cover up as much as possible. Sometimes the babes' little hands have other ideas, though, and they think it's fun to play "Let's expose mom's chest to the shopping mall" by yanking on the blanket or shirt.
