That was the elegantly phrased summation in a Zeitgeist addendum DVD that was included in my "End of Suburbia" DVD order. I got it months ago, but this is the first time I've watched the addendum, titled: "Money=Debt, Debt=Slavery." It called debt one of the most ingenious scams for social manipulation ever invented.

I'm sure this has got to be online somewhere. It's short, about a half-hour or so, and well worth watching if you can find it.
