63. I lived out in the woods many years and one thing you learn is that
wild animals are just that. No matter how docile and people friendly they might become when you feed them, there is always the potential that they will turn on you. People who are professional animal trainers know that and that the animal they feel has bonded with them could turn in an instance and revert to their wild nature. So she knew the risks and may she rest in peace.

The bigger questions is the ethics of using exotic animals in circuses for our entertainment by corporations who are in the business for the money. They are not really concerned about the welfare of the animals nor the humans who work with them.
