32. As a third party he is not a threat
He will get lucky if he gets 3%.

He will get libertarian vote, say 0.5%
Then he will get a few repubs who are not very scared by Obama and thus don't mind him becoming president.

The rest of the repubs are so scared of "marxist" Obama, they will vote for McCain.
Obama is talking a pretty good talk, so democrats will prefer him on the issues of war and civil liberties.
