SASTM - Sound Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization
Advertisements [?]
David Graston, a pioneer in the Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) industry, has created a method and instruments for treating soft tissue injuries. He developed these tools to assist in his own recovery from carpal tunnel and skiing injury to the right knee.
David worked with medical doctors, therapists, and athletic trainers in the research and refinement of the technique and tools.
After years of research, development and feedback on the technique and tools, David developed the SASTM method and instruments.
SASTM incorporates sound, mapping forms, and other innovative education and training ideas.
David continues to work with medical doctors, chiropractors, therapists, professional athletes and trainers from around the world who have experienced significant improvements in range of motion, flexibility, recovery time and performance that result from the use of the SASTM method and instruments.

Seminar participants as well as educators come from a variety of professions making the learning environment interactive as everyone shares their personal experiences.
