is a constituent to be equally represented and listened to. If she KNEW the names and addresses of all the protesters that raises another disturbing question. Also the point is fair considering the RW imports whole acting troupes and DC aides to act like a district insurgence. Considering too that a declared opponent is part of this movement.

Yet given all that it shows how impolitic our "leaders" are at the wrong time and the wrong place with the wrong people in every opportunity and challenge to judgment. Even handedness is required for constituents and it should flow because of her nation-wide responsibilities to all Americans. All House Speakers are held to national account. Resign, and they will go on to the next office holder. I don't think the protesters are confused about where the constituent responsibilities lie but the lashing out seems to have confused the Speaker about "furrin" invaders and political challengers in the fall.
