Teamster Chief Union Steward of the labor group for the city we work for. Many hours planning for and meeting with the local city council members to cut through the political rhetoric and get to the truth of what our workers are facing in the way of lowered wages and benefits. Representing (defending) employees on an individual basis against Management. Working with our Public Works Director in crafting a strategy going forward to highlight the positives our workforce brings to the public via efficiency, hard work, and dedication.
