And I know Feingold hasn't thrown his hat into the ring but how did he vote?

I will vote for Hillary, if she gets the nomination but, based on her positions regarding the war, she will not get my primary vote.

The one point that I keep coming back to, time after time, is that, if I knew the reasons for invading Iraq were fraudulent, U.S. senators, with access to far more information than I ever had, knew it, too. And that means that the senators who were in favor of invading Iraq voted to shed American blood for some very bad reasons.
