19. The only one actually in a close race is Bob Menendez
And at the very least I could reationalize supporting him because he's been a solid progressive on pretty much everything else. I don't know why he voted for this horrible bill. I do know that he is much more fit to represent New Jersey in the US Senate than Tom Kean Jr.
