the repukes are smarter than that. Rove knows that a draft would basically hand the '08 election to a Dem. They'll just keep pouring money into contractors and military recruiting(propaganda).
I remember that Moveon took out a full page ad in my schools newspaper right before the 2004 elections about the liklihood of a draft if shrub got elected. Hasn't happened yet, and IMO, it won't.
