Novak revises predictions downward, watch for MD to be ground zero

On Fox at approximately 830 a.m. PST Robert Novak revised his predictions from previously televised ones that he referenced also this morning.

Senate, down from around 6 dem pickups to 2. Specifically expecting Michael Steele to win for the Republicans now in MD.

House: Down from what he called "25, 30-40" to the 19-21 range, "after an individual race by race review". One wonders what kind of "review" he did before going on air previously??! Geez.

At the rate of 5 per hour, voters are being forced into provisional ballots in San Diego county at a reporting polling place with an attorney observer, based on address discrepancies. Watch for a disproportionate number of Democratic votes to be LATE COUNTED or slow counted, because they are provisional, or because they are deliberately slow counted like "emergency ballots" which they won't even start to count until Thursday in san diego county, even though the CA order of the secretary of state requires that they be made available as normal ballots.... THIS MEANS IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS THAT ELECTION NIGHT RESULTS WILL BE SKEWED IN FAVOR OF REPUBLICANS. Patience must be the watchword, and advice to the media not to pressure our elections with demands for data or interpreting data improperly.
