Why, I think many young people like Kerry is that he doesn't talk down to us and judging from his plans for the music if he had won the presidency, he understands good music too. Kerry to me is like a cool uncle honest, not really a father figure but an uncle figure, sorta like how Jack Kennedy in 1960 was revered as your cool older brother, and Ike was regarded as like your grandfather, no offense to Ike, heh.
