10. Definitely. One day I was in the dollar store and spotted Davinci pasta
and bought enough spaghetti for half the year. Our grocery store has a bin where they put stuff marked down 75% and I was nearly orgasmic over getting Carapelli extra virgin olive oil cheap. I think it's great to stock up when you find a deal.
