I've recently come out as a wizard.

I don't know how long I've felt this way, but I think I've always known. I know others will look at me and say things under their breath, like "spell-caster" and "magician" but I finally feel comfortable discussing it and will talk to my family. "Look," I plan to say, "I practice magic. It doesn't make me a bad person." I'm the same muggle they've always known. I'm just born this way. I know I've got a scar in the shape of a lightning bolt, but I'm just the same as you and deserving of the same rights. Someday, I'll find another wizard to love and we'll get married at Hogwarts, where I've found others like myself...
