28. Silvio Berlusconi famously flashed this sign too
Edited on Fri Jan-21-05 09:13 AM by EuroObserver
At a photo-op for EU foreign ministers in Caceres (Spain) in 2003.

I've been searching for a foto for days now (I´m collecting them), but every page that google says has one seems to have been pulled...

Texas U longhorns, huh?

Medieval sign for the devil, I think so.

In Spain and Italy it means these days above all "cornudo/cornuto" - ie, the person indicated (not the person making the gesture) is the victim of (marital) infidelity (do we have one word in English for that?)

Semi-secret society? Maybe...

Or just a gesture used by those who feel they're in the "ruling the world" club?

Clinton too, eh? Does anyone have any more (especially international) examples?

P.S. In almost every case the signer appears to be looking at and making the gesture to a specific person... In the club?
