17. Even Republicanmussen has Obama at his best mark in two months.

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 34% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Thirty-seven percent (37%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -3. That’s a five point improvement since last week’s speech and the President’s best Approval Index rating in more than two months (see trends).
