In this photo provided by Italian artist Dario Gambarin Thursday, July 9, 2009, a giant portrait of US President Barak Obama is seen in an aerial view in the countryside of Mena' di Castagnaro, near Verona in Northern Italy. The portrait, completed by the writing "The hope is in the land", covers some 27,000 square meters and was realized, as other previous works of Gambarin, with a tractor drawing a harrow, without previous tracing on the field, during a 90 minutes performance on July 5, 2009. The artist said he wanted to vehicle a message of "respect" for the land. Obama is currently in L'Aquila, in central Italy, attending the G8 summit.
