Even if he loses, he lets them know that he is not into playing their little partisan games. He should be a real maverick in the Senate. I'm sure his timely humor will be a devastating weapon to whomever he chooses to debate.

Ok, if Reid and Durbin don't wish to seat him with the incoming Senators. No problem. Between Reid and Feinstein, it difficult to say which is the bigger whiner?

I would love to see Franken be a thorn in the side to all these spineless buttheads. These are the same folks that sat silently by as Bush was chopping our Constitution to shreds. Who are they to criticize Al Franken.... or Leon Panetta, for that matter?
