Politically that will be impossible.

But she has presidential aspirations for 2016. However, a Democrat will have a much lower chance of being elected in 2016 if Obama's presidency is considered a failure like Bush's, not to mention that if Obama is seen as a failure then a high ranking member of his cabinet will likely not get through the primary anyways. Therefore its in her best interest to make sure Obama's presidency is as successful as possible.

That means no internal strife. That means doing a good job as SoS etc etc
