The difference is only whites have the power to discriminate institutionally, aside from a few isolated pockets here and there, given their numbers. That does not excuse the hypocrisy. Obama gets 80-91% of the black vote in every state. No fluctuation at all. Race isn't a factor in that? They both have 100% NAACP ratings. This is similar to Romney's support among Mormons. Did he have any special policies for Mormons? Of course not.
